  • 8 slices low sodium bacon 
  • 2 tablespoons (28 g) low fat mayonnaise 
  • 4 slices whole wheat bread, toasted 
  • 4 leaves romaine lettuce 
  • 1 large tomato, sliced 
  • 1 pear
 preparation
  • Cook bacon. Spread mayonnaise on toast and top with bacon, lettuce, and tomato. Serve pear on the side.
