This makes a mix similar to the Reduced Fat
Bisquick, but it’s even lower in fat. Use it in any recipes that call for
baking mix.
ingredients
- 4 cups (500 g) all purpose flour
- 2 cups (240 g) whole wheat pastry flour
- 3 tablespoons (41.5) baking powder
- 1/3 cup (75 g) unsalted butter
- Stir flour and baking powder together. Cut in butter with pastry blender or 2 knives until mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Store in a container with a tight fitting lid.
