Tuna Garden Wrap

A tasty tuna salad with lots of vegetables makes this wrap filling as well as delicious. An apple adds extra nutrition as well as appeal.

ingredients


  • 3 tablespoons (45 ml) Reduced Fat Italian Dressing, see recipe HERE
  • 7 ounces (200 g) tuna, packed in water
  • 1 cup (110 g) carrot, shredded
  • 1 cucumber, sliced
  • 2 whole wheat tortillas, 8-inch (20 cm)
  • 2 apples
preparation







  • Mix dressing with tuna. Wrap tuna and veggies in tortilla. Serve with apples on the side.
